We get on our high horses, we speak as though we see things clearly and things should be as we say. We so quickly point out the weaknesses and character flaws of others… yet in all these things, we fail to see the problems of our own neighbourhood, families and ourselves.

Wandering from place to place, never knowing when they can settle down. Ideally, one would think that family and friends would rally around those who struggle and help them find a place to call home, to open up their doors and provide a bed for those in need.

There would be few instances where people are unconscious of their behaviour in public places. The most outrageous acts in public are unlikely not to be intentional, conscious decisions to act in such a way, usually, to gain attention or, simply, for the entertainment value.

Without community, without friendship, without relationship, without connecting with other people, life simply loses its meaning. It is the people in our lives which make life worth living.
