Reading: Exodus 37:17-40:38

Focus: Exodus 40:34-38

Have you ever been in a train of cars following someone to a destination? If you don’t know where you’re going, you have no choice but to follow that person, even if they get lost, you don’t know that, you just follow them. Life can be a little like this for us; we have no idea where we’re going, we just try and find our own way, or we can choose to follow God. God who created all things goes before us and if we choose to follow Him, leads and guides us through life.

Exodus: we’ve got enough…

Reading: Exodus 34:1-37:16

Focus: Exodus 36:2-7

In the world of church and ministry, there are costs involved. Exodus: the tradesman vs the pastor

Reading: Exodus 30:17-33:23

Focus: Exodus 31:1-11

Exodus: God’s home…

Cover to Cover

Reading: Exodus 25:1-27:21

Focus: Exodus 25:1-27:21

Throughout our world are amazing pieces of architecture which we admire (or not, click here) and boast of human creativity and achievement. The talent which God has given to those people is mind-blowing. The future is, really, only limited by one’s imagination. Neither has this only been something of the modern period, but something which has been since the beginning of human civilisation. One only needs to think about the seven wonders of the ancient world: the pyramids, Babylon’s hanging gardens, the great lighthouse of Alexandria, just to name a few.

Exodus: have a break…

Cover to Cover

Reading: Exodus 22:1-24:18

Focus: Exodus 23:10-12

Today, in the 21st century, life has never been faster. One only needs to look at 24-hour time lapse videos of some of the major cities in the world to see how ridiculous life has become. Life for many is so wrapped up in work, stress levels escalate, yet so few take the time to rest and recover. Come the weekend, most people are so often out catching up with friends and lost time that they rarely give themselves a chance to rest.
