Today, the announcement was made that BCV (Bible College of Victoria) is in negotiations to purchase and relocate to a new location in Wantirna. This move sparks a new season in the life of BCV, which is also in discussion of changing its name. The purchase is pending the sale of its current site in Lilydale within the next four months. If all goes ahead, then BCV is expecting to begin renovations in September 2009 and move in January 2010. Current situation on the bushfire (link). Simply unbelievable. The current death toll stands at 173 people and still counting…the bushfires of “Black Saturday”, 7th February 2009 are the worst event seen since Ash Wednesday.
